Victorian businesses, schools, government and community groups who are leading the way in sustainability can now apply to enter the 2019 Premier’s Sustainability Awards.
Mark Gepp MP today urged leaders in sustainability in the Northern Victoria region to enter the 2019 Premier’s Sustainability Awards to promote their work helping to improve and protect the environment.
For the first time community groups or individuals can enter a new category that celebrates the positive impact of environmental volunteering.
Schools, businesses and community groups across Northern Victoria have a lot to be proud of when it comes to sustainability – and this is a great way to recognize all their hard work.
The categories for this year’s awards are:
- Built Environment
- Environmental Justice
- Environmental Protection
- Environmental Volunteering
- Innovative Products or Services
- Small to Medium Sized Businesses
