Mr GEPP (Northern Victoria) (12:28:36): I am very pleased to be able to direct my question today on the eve of International Women’s Day to one of the fabulous women who sit on the front bench of the Andrews Labor government, the Minister for Roads, and congratulate her on the fantastic work she is doing already in her portfolio of roads. She has really hit the bitumen running. Minister, I also thank your office staff, who I have had many, many conversations with around roads in northern Victoria. In particular, Minister, can you please outline to the house how the Andrews government is taking action to increase road safety in the community of Strathmerton? Members interjecting. The PRESIDENT: Order! Could people be silent when I am on my feet. I ask that the minister be heard in silence.
